A Green Belt at LSV Group can potentially become the best management training you can get!

With our Green Belt training, you become a LEAN Six Sigma specialist and thereby acquire competencies to independently manage optimization projects that improve the quality and efficiency of your organization.

The training is for you, who either have ambitions-or already have-a prominent role in the company’s projects alongside your other daily tasks.

With a Green Belt training you will become a professional project manager within LEAN Six Sigma.

You get an in-depth knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma as an optimization tool, and the training gives you the skills to initiate, lead and follow up on Six Sigma projects.

We provide you with the opportunity to make significant improvements in your organisation, as part of the training you will have to complete a practical training project to bring a minimum of 100,000 Danish kroner to the company.

Projects that do not meet this requirement will not be approved and thus not certified. In the LSV Group, it is a matter of urgency that the value of the project should exceed the cost of training and time spent.

Educational Structure

The training is eLearning and live through Zoom. The live online tuition will not be recorded, but you can run the e-course as many times as you like. You will also receive the teaching slides. It is mandatory to attend 80% of the online live education, otherwise you can’t become an IASSC certified Green Belt.

The final exam can be completed once you have reached the improve phase of your project. Once you have passed the exam and your project is approved, you will receive your final IASSC certification as a Green Belt.

In addition to the individual elements of the training, there will be a startup meeting and 2 personal support sessions.
