Would you like to be able to give your organization structure and a professional process focus? Then the Black Belt program probably is something for you.

A Black Belt has a structured approach to project management and deals with heavy process optimization tasks using LEAN Six Sigma as a toolbox.

Your role in the company is to lead and execute more complex projects and at the same time, you are a mentor and supervisor for the company’s Green Belts.

You will get an in-depth review of LEAN Six Sigma tools and the DMAIC model.

The specific project work that you follow throughout the education, ensures you the ability to implement significant improvements in your organization. Compared to Green Belts you will be able to implement larger and more complex projects where data and change in focus.

The program gives you the skills to support and supervise Yellow and Green Belt projects. You may hold a leading position in the company as an expert in LEAN Six Sigma.
