The education is for individuals that need to know the methodology within LEAN Six Sigma and that needs to understand and participate in LEAN Six Sigma projects.
You collaborate with Green Belts and Black Belts or other project profiles and need to understand the ideá and the reasons to optimize processes and changes are implemented.

The training is offered as business courses, typically involving 16 participants.

With this education you will learn how you can create significant improvement results. You will achieve an all-round understanding for LEAN Six Sigma that enables you to speak the same language as the organization’s optimization people. You will be able to participate in defining, measuring and controlling processes that needs to be optimized. Together with a Green Belt and/or Black Belt, you will be able to complete major optimization projects.
