Learnings from the Green Belt e-Course

You’ll get an online studio that gives you a thorough knowledge of the DMAIC model (define, measure, analyze, improve and control), where you are challenged in practical tasks within statistics and methodology. Therefore, you will be able to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control processes that need to be optimized.

The Green Belt-level study package gives you an in-depth knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma as an optimization tool. You get the skills to initiate, lead and follow up on Six Sigma projects.

After completing the training, there will be an online exam. Once you have passed, you will receive a diploma from the LSV Group that proves that you have completed and passed the E-course at the Green Belt level.

The estimated time spent during the course is approximately 40 hours.

TEST IN YOUR SKILLS

After each phase of the DMAIC model you will be tested – and the entire e-learning course will end with a final exam.

YOU ARE WORKING WITH HYPOTHESIS TESTS
